No gloves
On the morning commute, mild weather and I was fortunate to arrive unscathed by the rain which was relentless for the rest of the day and it is still pattering on my Velux window now. One of my socks did have a tiny dry patch on it after my paddle home.
This photo of the old Barnstaple bridge was taken from the last few hundred metres of the The Tarka Trail before I mingle with everyone in their metal boxes racing along at full throttle trying to beat the numerous traffic lights.
This morning’s birds:
Thrush, Heron (Lank), Nuthatches, Robin, Dunnock, Collared Dove , Magpies, Great Spotted Woodpecker, Great Tit, Blue Tits, Mallards, Tufted Ducks, Wigeon, Redshank, Dunlin, Curlews, Oystercatchers, Canada geese, Herring Gulls, Black Headed Gulls, Great Black Backed Gulls, Little Egrets, and Several pairs of Shelducks.
