This was dessert at Paul Ainsworth's restaurant in Padstow. It is the dessert with which he won on the Great British Menu and it was worthy of its accolades. Cornish honeycomb in chocolate, caramelised pear on marshmallow, peanut butter moose and a raspberry coulis all arranged as a fairground sweet stall - rounded off a lovely meal
