Counting chickens?

Or almost there?

Only had one family show up to view the house, the couple last night. It's not surprising as it will go on MLS listings tonight.
They offered a tiny bit less than our asking price, and following the advice from our realtor, we stood firm at our original price.
It worked, tonight we sealed the deal, moving day is April 11th
There still has to be a home inspection, which is normal procedure, and their financing has to be wrapped up by Feb 22. which I'm not concerned about as they say they have already sold their house which closes March 28.
So instead of counting chickens, I'm thinking "almost there"


Ah well....
