Children’s Carnaval

I thought we’d missed it.  But it was rained off last Friday so they had a wonderful time today. 

Colourful. All the children paraded from the Cathedral along the street, with music, balloons, and anything else you can think of.

Excitement. Some little ones a bit tearful. Proud mums, dads and grandparents….

A pity about the rain last week but today we were all winners.

And it’s so nice to see happy policemen joining the fun.
