Seafood Risotto

This, I guess you could say, is my Signature Dish. The actual title is Simple Seafood Risotto but regardless my wife thinks it is pretty good.
We share the cooking but it is not an equal share; I normally cook a couple of times a week and this dish does two nights.
We both enjoy food. Our son and daughter also share in the passion.
Sharing a meal is special; it is more about hospitality than gourmet delights. It is a time during the day when we stop and engage the moment and even better when done with friends!
