Change

is coming. I didn't remember it being so long ago when I posted this as a month old fresh 'blipper'. The site was cleared two months ago along with several other buildings (like the house at the left of the linked image). Building materials were delivered a while ago and surveyors left their posts and flags. Now the weather is improving I expect development will move  apace.
