Renew and relax

Thats what my cards told me in the morning!!!
I was at my desk for Amplify at 1 pm then Silja at 2 pm 
Then I faffed with a bit more editing.Cooked and ate late and went to bed to late ......

Rested? not so much but also did not stress myself too much .....
