Smell the Roses.

The day started well but then it went rapidly downhill and rained persistently. I stayed dry on an early walk. I’m definitely much improved after the hospital visit. Then worked this morning and managed to get loads done ( my actual job for a change :-)).
Then quick gym trip, I had the thinnest arms there which I find funny. Back home for chickpea and coconut curry. A few domestic chores and then a few jobs on the computer tonight. Will has been given a buddy to talk to about his job, I supplied some questions and it went well.
