Taratatin!

It's been a long week and I felt like a sweet treat. It's very rare that I cook a desert. I am a resolutely savoury kind of guy. 

It's been that sort of week... (but a lot of progress made, and some tough contracts signed). Feet up and spoon in hand are in order.
