Nerima in the evening drizzle

It was supposed to rain a lot this evening but it didn't. The stronger afternoon rain eventually reduced to a mere drizzle, and some wind. This year, the rainy season does not seem to be very rainy. I took a stroll in the neighbourhood around dinner time when many returning office-goers were dropping by local pubs, restaurants and cafes.
