1000 crocuses

Three days ago I was told I was heading for my 1000th blip. Extraordinary to think I have taken 1000 shots over the last 2/3 years – many of them incidental scenes which have caught my eye and others'  life–changing moments. Regardless, they are all now a digital memory. 

The best bit about blip is that someone  pops by and adds a kind comment or two. So thank you for your time and thoughts – the images on this site are inspirational; if they are not beautiful they are funny, quirky, creative, poignant. They are unfailingly stimulating. 

Thanks also to the technical wizards who make it happen so smoothly. Here's to the next millennium.
