Adi

I always buy a selection of salad leaves at the Saturday and Tuesday markets and always from Adi. He has a small holding and everything he grows is freshly picked the day before and he obviously only sells what is in season. He is typical of the majority of local market stall holders. I think we have got to used to expecting all fruit and vegetables to be available throughout the year. That is not very environmentally responsible. I finished my book this morning, had a short walk in the afternoon and then went along to the bell ringing practice. It has been a much needed quieter day.
