Change of position.

Noo was late waking up today and he hasn’t been motivated to do much. I was the first to go out for a run - it was grey, damp, and breezy. GravyC took some rubbish to the tip and headed to The Downs to do his run this afternoon.

I’m anxiously waiting news of Jo. She has had another suspected heart attack and is in hospital for tests. She is very miserable :(
