My Vexed Dismay

...we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope ~ Romans 5:3-4

In hindsight we can look back and understand the growth that suffering produces, but while we’re going through it, well that’s quite a different thing.
