Struggling! That is all!
In other news I run 10 minutes today using yesterday's monitor. I know it might not sound a lot but I don't want to overdo it yet, and just want to build up my strength and stamina for the bigger targets ahead. To track my progress I've set myself a target of doing a Parkrun, which is 5K, in two weeks this Saturday. I'm not expecting to run super times but I just want to set myself a target of doing 5k, which will then give me a benchmark time to improve on. Sounds like a plan hey?
