Coriander

We are having a hot, windy and dry summer and the garden is suffering.  There is a ban on all watering except by hand, and even that is likely to be forbidden soon. My coriander plants have bolted and are flowering, so I am saving them for seed, but enjoying the pretty flowers and delicate leaves, not to mention the super scent meanwhile.
