Goldfinch on watch

I think only to see who was going to leave a spot on the feeder first so he could get in there. 15 goldfinches today was a high for the year. Watching the one bully in the group chase other goldfinches out so he could get all the seeds in the small window feeder to himself was interesting. He would chase off other goldfinches , got chased off by a house finch , and coexisted with a purple finch. Pecking order I guess.
