Three Cathedrals

The usual 2nd Sat Strollers February walk was displaced by rugby. A city walk, looking at each of the three cathedrals. 

St Giles’ Cathedral, founded in 1124 by King David I
St Mary's RC Cathedral opened in 1814 
St Mary's Episcopal Cathedral dedicated in 1879 ( in blip). Front door detail in extra.

A birthday lunch afterwards, at the Khukuri in Haymarket. 
Dry mild weather,  not much wind, 12C high. Rain came on in the afternoon.
