Filthy.

The weather was filthy resulting in the boy getting filthy. Some of them got dirtier than the others, and this one was somewhere in the middle. It was mild, however, and I didn’t need my hand warmers.

I started my run with GravyC this afternoon. We parted after 2km as my knee is a bit ‘iffy’ and I didn’t want to go as far as him.

Jo, it turns out, hadn’t had another heart attack. The bypass operation seems to have led to her developing a hernia and the verdict was acid reflux. She isn’t in very good shape, according to Anna, and has lost a lot of weight. She is going to take more care of herself, we hope. She and Anna were at the hospital until 4am - both a bit weary today.
