CHA Walk

Caught CHA coach to Pateley Bridge for circular walk taking in this derelict iron smelting works site - Nidderdale Way - Bewerley - Heathfield and Wath before returning back alongside River Nidd back to Pateley Bridge for refreshments - pancakes with lemon curd and served with lemon meringue ice cream - unusual for me to choose something sweet - even though the walk was eight miles - unsure I’ve burnt the up all the calories consumed
