Sunday

I was up early, showered and dressed to go and see Lewis play but 5 mins before I got a text to say that he was doubled up in pain and wasn't going to be able to play. I was disappointed and gutted for him as he was looking forward to being in goal for the first time for the second half. He's had this pain before and ended up in A and E , and that time they said it was a pulled muscle. 

So 9am and I was ready for the day! I cleaned a bit and wandered down to Asda for a few bits. 

Later I walked along the front and saw a few birds like this along the shore line. Stopped in at the Hospice cafe for a bit.
