Side by side

After steady rain all last evening and overnight, the day improved as it went. I joined Mr PP in his first half-hour walk around the village. During his second one, late afternoon, I was having a bonfire of last week's hedge-cuttings. 

Although I took a few photos, my favourite of the day was taken by my daughter and sent to us. I just love the sight of the two children standing side by side. The young master is pulling himself to his feet more and more. He can climb the stairs at break-neck speed (on all fours), but is not quite walking yet. This could be the week ... (?)
