Ringway Church

In the comments for yesterday's Blip, Gloria commented that the little stretch of Sunbank Lane pictured doesn't look to get much sun, and well yes she is quite right because it's mostly covered with tree canopy from those that flank the graveyard opposite.

Here sits St.Marys, or, Ringway Church built in 1895, becoming disused in 1970 and restored to its present state in 1997 (see extra)

Things have moved on again from it's new intended use as a design studio, as from 2010 it was taken on by nearby Altrincham's 7th Day Adventist congregation.

I don't know whether there is anything interesting from an aviation point of view here given its location but there is no sign indicating the presence of war graves. Maybe I will eventually have a look around HashtagIfiGetTheTime ;-D
