Setting Out

Today 14 walkers turned up and we parked at Stevenson Road, and walked upstream towards Albert Town.  As usual we stopped at various places along the track for our lunches.  The first extra is my lunch spot.  I walked just over 12k steps, or 8 k's, which is quite far enough.  The track was sheltered and shady, which was lovely.  

We had a welcome cuppa and cake at a local cafe on the way home.  When I got back to my car it was blowing a gale, extra (3).

Home safe and sound after a lovely day out with the local walkers. 

My house is nice and sheltered, so no wind here!!!
