Twinsday

It was a quiet Twinsday, without Sarah, Nick and Levi, as they were out of town for the day.  The boys dumped all the little vehicles out onto the floor and started squabbling.  Sam took the little fire engine, Max kept trying to get it away, saying 'I want the fire engine.'  When Doug said there were a lot of other cars to play with, Max said, "I want something red that has wheels and puts out fires."  He's so articulate.

Sam asked to paint with Lex and both boys had fun at the table.  Sam started painting what he said was a bird but ended with something he said was a bit of poo. (Extra)  Dinner was a shrimp and pasta dish we all enjoyed.  After dinner Max wanted some quiet time and he sat on the couch with Andrew.  A bit later Manda came over and Max got a delighted tickling.

Cleaners are coming tomorrow, about which I'm glad.
