Hot

As might be expected after our late night last night we slept a little longer this morning and after a quick breakfast cycled down to the Oamaru Farmers’ Market to make just a few purchases.  Back home we had coffee before getting stuck into household chores (me) and putting new door handles on the wardrobe in the third bedroom.  We were busy all afternoon and feeling somewhat tired by supper time.  It was a hot, windy day.

Just before supper we returned some Community Patrol uniform items, as I have decided not to carry on with it.  It’s just not for me.  MrMacD has decided to stick with it at least until the end of the three-month training period.

After supper we tidied up then sat and watched Grand Designs UK, did Quordle and all of a sudden it was time for bed.
