Tight

Well hope so - but not leaked so far.
Very pleasant day bright and warm enough.
Spent the morning removing an unknown plant which had been donated as a climber.
Except it was also a runner -- across the rose beds and under the edges and paths.
Think I've got it away and cemented the path and corner post where it ventured.
The far side water tap which I tightened (to maintain the theme) has not leaked so added some cement to the base run off.
Docs scans etc. all ok and reassured.
