Playa De La Caleta, Malaga

The down side was were up at 2.30 am to get to Bristol Airport for our very early flight to Malaga; the up side was that by midday local time we were sitting in a beach side chiringuito enjoying tapas and a beer and sunshine warm as an English summer.

After lunch we walked along the seafront to the end of Playa De La Caleta from where this view was taken.

The Monk parakeets in extras were everywhere in the park and on the seafront.

We were back to our apartment by mid afternoon for a brief nap, a stroll around the area and a dinner of seafood paella. 

Lack of sleep is getting the better of us now and it’s not even 8 pm UK time.
