Scolt Head

Swam off East Head and walked to Holkham and back. A low high tide.
Apparently there’s a white-tailed eagle about but I didn’t see it … but plenty of the usual suspects, kite, marsh harrier, lapwings, curlew, shocked sanderlings legging it along the shoreline as I came out. 
I came across the tiny Winter Stalkball (extra).
