Unwelcome visitor

This brazen bunny hopped all the way up the garden, then paused outside the window for a long look around. It looked very cute, but is not welcome: growing vegetables here requires constant vigilance, effort and expense if we are to avoid them being devoured by wildlife of various kinds. When we first moved here in 2013, J delighted in watching an entire family of baby bunnies hopping around outside the bedroom window, and we worked hard for a long time to persuade the various rabbit households to relocate elsewhere without harming any of them (though our cats are not always so kind). Appealing as they are, we really don't want them to plan a comeback.
