Pico de Nieve

A very long and twisty taxi ride. A magnificent hike up and along the caldera rim with distant views of Teide. Then a long descent and lucky break when we got a free bus taking returning Los Indianos revellers back to Los Llanos. In town all the restaurants were closed so rather a scratch meal of fried cheese empanadas with large beers to celebrate…see extra for a flavour of this.
