Monday: Municipal Elections

It was another early start today to head back up to Belize City for a morning show on TV, followed by a radio interview.  And now we’re done as there are no more TV shows to go on.  It was a 0545 pick up and my driver, Humberto, and I were back in Belmopan by 1000, having stopped off for a Belizean breakfast of ‘journey cakes’ en route.

As for the blip, municipal elections will soon take place so political messaging is out in force.  PUP, the People’s United Party, is the current governing party.
