Crossing the Arrow …..

….. ….. ….. after walking Tobins Track.
The river is very low at present.
Autumn is making its presence felt already; it was definitely chillier this morning and the poplars & willows are starting to yellow. I’m enjoying not having to cope with the heat though. Sleeping is easier too.
We made our way to the ‘big tree’, a tall pine tree growing well above the top of Tobins and sat enjoying the view - Extras.
I’ve been gardening this afternoon, finishing planting out seedlings, emptying and spreading a section of my rotary compost maker, and adding the seaweed that my daughter brought back from the coast.
I’m watching Planet Earth 3 at present. It’s amazing photography.
