We went to Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre today, and met up with Jade who showed us round Purelands Retreat Centre. It was perfect for our needs. So Im going to run a weekend yoga retreat there in the summer . :-)
It was lovely to visit Samye Ling when it was sunny.
We had lunch in the community Hub in Eskdalemuir and then headed to Langholm moor to try and spot
short eared owls or hen harriers . We didn’t see them but saw wild goats , including a new born kid with its Nanny goat
