Snowdrops

Taken on the way to football. Much better conditions than last week and we started off with 7-a-side. Our team proved to be much better at taking our chances and raced to a 6-1 lead. I created a couple - a good near post corner which G put away at the second attempt and then an even better one to edge of the box as J was running into space. then the injuries started. First A on their team pulled up while running for a ball and had to go in goal and then N also took a knock so they had two injured. N and J swapped sides to even things up a bit only for R on our team to do something even worse that forced him to leave the pitch completely. J swapped with the other N as we were now a man down and although they did reduce the deficit a little we kept in front. No goals for me, although forced two good reflex saves from A in goal but another couple of assists, saving the best for last with an inch perfect corner into the box straight onto G's head. Very satisfying!
