3340. Batch Cooking

I decided to do some batch cooking using one of my several Pinch Of Nom books, this one is called Dirty Macaroni….I didn't have macaroni so used a different pasta!  The recipe is for 6 servings but I always find this a bit too small a portion so I made two separate batches which will do 4 portions in total.  Both will go into the fridge and we will have one batch tomorrow and the other on Friday, it’s delicious so twice in one week won’t be a hardship!

It’s made with pork mince, peppers, onions and loads of herbs and spices along with cream cheese and grated cheddar to top it.  It’s so simple and very tasty.
