"Gloopy"
That was the word of the day as I ran with the Garstang club around Casterton and Barbon. Great to be out in the sunshine, the views were good, the late breakfast back at the golf club very tasty - but boy was that mud heavy to run through!
This evening we went to Barrow-in-Furness to hear Henry Normal and Brian Bilston read some of their poetry, an absolutely excellent and entertaining evening! I think they would appreciate my word of the day, and would find a rhyme for it. (Snoopy, whoopee?)
