More Baking

This time, in baking, I wanted to try easy sounding recipe for small rye breads (about 10 cm in diameter). I have never baked using rye alone.
In all tree pastries I made last days the same easy method was used, just lifting a dough lump with a spoon onto the oven tray and shaping them a bit. This was a good recipe. We like rye much so the breads too.
