Evening cow parsley
Taken by the pond just a few minutes ago.
Had just finished mowing the lawns as the sun was beginning to go down towards the rooftops so I grabbed my camera and legged it up the road to the pond. The grasses and cow parsley are all growing at a tremendous rate of knots this year after a couple of bad years. In some places the grass is already taller than I am (not difficult though).
Theres a couple of places where sun catches the summer growth and highlights it nicely. Managed to get a few shots not blurred by the intense breeze.
Jonathan was home sat on the sofa when I got in from work. He'd normally be getting ready for football training but he clearly wasn't going anywhere. He turned round and showed me a lovely egg sized lump on his forehead and a lovely black eye where he had been hit by a cricket bat because he wasn't looking. Not a happy bunny!
He'll learn from his experience as we all do.
