Elbow Grease

It turned out better than expected. The forecasted rain didn’t arrive this morning. It was mild so I decided to spruce up the front of the house. Being roadside means the paint work gets dirty. So brushed it down before washing. Although quite quiet, as the local schools have finished their holidays, it was surprising how many passers-by commented or stopped to chat. The classic - would you like to do mine was prevalent.

Although not my favourite job finished with polishing the brass ironmongery to complete the job. Hope it improves the kerb appeal as we hope to get in valued in the next few weeks. Just a bit of painting to finish first.
