Luna

This is my daughter's dog, Luna. She is a gorgeous coloured dog with amazing big eyes so she made a wonderful subject for me to paint in pastels.

I find the hardest part is photographing my work once complete. This is an important part of the process as, for me, my art and my photography go hand in hand. It can be surprisingly hard to get the angles and colours right. Often the finished looks totally different to the original.  After much research on the best way to do it and a lot of care, I have hopefully done it justice this time.
