Maximum Ghosts

I am determined to get back on the running horse(not literally a horse). So this evening I went out for my second run in my new bright orange trainers. Brooks ghost max. They are very comfy. I also ran 40 minutes without stopping. Genuinely can't remember the last time I did that!
