Notes: Woke at the crack and then finally back to sleep until 830a! Later coffee and online, underarms are already reacting again and the areas are growing quickly. Reached out to Michelle and she called around 10a while driving to her dentist appt - not good! On computer then until about 1230p, went to pool briefly, still quite cool and breezy air and skin not tolerating much ... and still coming off like snowflakes. Showered and then did a meditation, didn't get up until almost 3p. Arugula salad w/ rest of the pear and roasted walnuts, boiled egg on the side and big slab of sourdough w/ butter and jam. Some snacks after for awhile (too long but w/ the pain starting up again, I care less). Back and forth w/ Jo again on Telegram in the evening - more about our shared path and healing the inner child.
