Scraggly plant

I've had this plant for upwards of 20 years. It needs to be repotted this Spring.Thanks for holding on trusty plant! 

It was a rough day, I had some unsettling gut feelings confirmed, and I am angry, fearful and trying to be grateful. This being a human stuff is hard sometimes.
