Near Miss

As I checked the nice tranquil shot I hoped I had taken I heard a thump as a stray golf ball narrowly missed me and whacked off a nearby car roof or something similar. Looking up I saw a player raising his arms in acknowledgement further down the course. Note to self - pay more attention to what's going on around you if you want the interesting shots - literally.
