Fishing

Had Betty back at doctors this morning as her throat was sore- no infection but still healing was the verdict so off to school she went.
Nelly has been hilarious today- tried to sneak her DS to the childminders but was clyped on by her big sister. I removed it from her bag at the childminders when she wasn't looking. She knew she'd been busted and said nowt! She had the screaming abdabs tonight when we got home as she wanted some Skips and we only had Aldi ones left. I sent her to her room, and she got into bed fully clothed with her shoes on and crashed out. Managed to waken her and pacify her with cheesy poofs, this revived her enough to make a lovely card for her Dad with a volcano drawing. I helped her to write in in- Dear Dad, you're the best Dad I know, love Eleanor. See- she can be lovely sometimes!
Floss helped out at the Cubs trip to a fishery- he was looking forward to it but reported he only had his line in the water for about 10 minutes as the Cubs were constantly getting their lines tangled. Betty arrived home excited to show the fish she had caught but by the time I got out to the garden with camera she was roaring greeting as Floss has tried to get her to hold the fish! So her face is tripping her!
