Once upon a time there lived a cat, a dog and a tortoise....

Harry's turn to meet Tortie, though he was less astonished than the dog was on Sunday, as Harry has met tortoises before in both Istanbul, in college campus,  and in Akbuk. in the communal garden.  Later I brought Tortie in as it was so cold, and had some amusing moments with the three of them in the kitchen. Must be a children's book in there somewhere.....

Although the sun shone momentarily it was a very cold day with a biting wind for most of it. Once back from walking the woofer, I had an afternoon of mostly planning the art course I will teach in Istanbul in the summer,

A good evening - six of us for dinner again (as Sunday, but my turn to cook).  I enjoy these family gatherings very much.
