Life in a Northern Town

By kagsy

Gourmet breakfast.

Not only was it gourmet, it was served on the Bradford Ring Road. Luxury.

It was a dreary and wet day - Sarah was itching to spend her Waterstones vouchers so Bradford it was.

This afternoon Sarah had a PIP assessment. The last one was an absolute disaster, the assessor was absolutely incompetent and completely unprofessional (I kept quiet throughout, nearly exploding inside) and an appeal was necessitated afterwards. Today I decided not to keep quiet so I didn’t. Apart from the fact the assessor sounded about 19 (it was done over the phone) it seemed to go ok but we shall see. They ask the most superficial questions and are happy to accept superficial answers, which is why I wanted to add details. It’s a horrible process.
