Omelette face.

ZQ used to love my food creations. His favourites were postman pat toast and dinosaur toast. Noo is much harder to please but I thought I’d indulge myself this evening.

A grey and wet day in East Sussex. My day started early; I went to the gym for 6.30am. My knee issue has led to quite a bit of atrophy in my right quad. I need to rectify that or it will be a downward spiral. I didn’t run this evening because a) the weather was awful! And b) my legs were sore from the gym.

GravyC has been busy renovating the bathroom.
