Bald eagles

I had the whole day to myself today,  I did household chores and ran the errands I haven't had time for.  When I sat down after lunch for a cup of tea, I jumped up and grabbed the camera.  Eagles were everywhere soaring on the updrafts.  I missed the two that had joined talons and were tumbling through the air.  At one point there were 12 bald eagles.  I will put one extra shot of another immature eagle that shows the coloring really well.

Last night I was watching the pelicans and swans when I saw three coyotes running along the edge of the lake, too dark for a good photo.  All the wildlife has been really wonderful to watch.
